Unfortunately there is no predefined recipe for this. What we all normally do is to get hold of a test/dev system, start doing a mock migration, and document the steps as we go. Once the application works on the mock environment, you know you are ready for the final migration.
To get you started:
1. Install the Oracle software;
2. Create an empty database;
2. Test which migration method works best for you. For example, you can try:
2.1. Datapump export/import (the network mode may be handy!)
2.2. Transportable tablespace method
2.3. The old export/import utilities
Best of luck and keep us in the loop.
