FRM-41009 Error Message [message #110686]

Hi, Every experts:

The detail of the problem are the following:

The Button "Label" show the label view and go to block "Label".
The Block "Label" have Key-commit, which call a report - a label.
The Button "Save" commit form and will run the report after the Button "Label" is pressed.
However, once the Label button is pressed, then press the Save button, it will run the report and also got error message FRM-41009, then no more query. Have to shut off the Form and open again.

What should I do to fix the problem?
