hi all, Laughing
could anyone plz tell me
how to change the value of text T dynamically?
i.e., if i have a text = HELLO in one canvas for a condition and if i want text = HAI in the same canvas for a different condition how to do it......
other than placing one text above the other and hiding it,any other idea..

If you are using Forms 6i or later I suggest that you use the PROMPT attribute of the associate field and then use the SET_ITEM_PROPERTY ('block.item_name',PROMPT_TEXT,'This is a prompt') command.

it is not possible to change the value of text T dynamically.

Alternatively, you can define a display item and set bevel property to none and change this item dynamically.
