I am Oracle 9i DBA , and would like to know about Form6i & Report 6i, so kindly help me send some forms and reports sample program with menu. so that i can understand quickly how to create a forms, report and menu.

I've just asked the same thing in your other post (imp/exp + rman): have you looked at the main site here? Have you taken a peek at OTN ( as a DBA you do know OTN no doubt )? Install the software, including the demos and start playing with it. That's the quickest way.

If you want to development 'simple' things very quickly, try HTML_DB.
