Do a search in this forum for 'progress'. Which will show you http://www.orafaq.com/forum/m/120834/67467/?srch=progress#msg_120834.

Also search this forum for 'splash'.

Have a look at http://www.orafaq.com/forum/m/129075/67467/?srch=title+bar#msg_129075. 'Private mail' the author.

I think you are out of luck if you want no title, want no menu, and want to use Oracle Forms.

hi !
i am sending u this message after ur response of my question about splash screen. ur lost sentence was very dishearting.
i think you have not ever seen a Splash Screen. There is no title bar on Splash Screen.
if u have no idea please do not argu about it.
every man including non-computer professional can make a simple form by using wizard like you.
plz don't mind it and do think about it positively.
you have no right to comment other's knowledge. perhaps i have much knowledge than you.
bye

The 'logo' form posted by naveednt is about as good as it gets.

I was wrong in my previous posting when I said you can't get rid of the menu. Sorry, I should have said you can't get rid of the status bar.

@chnadeem: If you know how to suppress the title and status bars please inform us as to how you did it. Attach YOUR 'logo' form so we can see how a splash screen SHOULD be put together.

@ chnadeem :

Man,

Just seen your private message , very bad!

David is a Senior member of this forum who has been posted around 1600 messages so far.
I seen so many solutions which were posted by David espacially in "Forms" forum , which are quite informative and useful.

At least for that you have to give some respect to him before writing such sort of messages.

and any can to explain how to use practically trigger timer-expired.
The problem:
If i create timer with REPEAT option and after this start a big query (update, delete or even select with cursor movement) then
a timer-expired got focus ONLY after this query.

A progress bar exist for himself???

Do you want your question to be placed in a new thread?

Have a search in this forum for 'progress bar'. You will find http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/Peter_Koletzke/tip.htm#progress. Also go to the Forms Home page http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/forms/index.html, go to Resources, Sample Code then do a Ctrl-F (Find) on 'Progress Bar'.
