Sorry ... please rephrase your question.

1) Do you want to know how many lines of code exist in a particular Designer generated form?
OR
2) How do I get a line number (row number) to appear beside the PL/SQL code in Form Builder or Designer?

Open the fmb file in an intelligent flat file editor, develop a macro that will remove all the lines that are NOT PL/SQL code, and count what's left.

Remember that formatting of code can change the number of lines over which the code is spread, so your numbers will be approximate only. Would you prefer just to count the number of written triggers? If so, then count the 'triggers' in the FMB when opened as a flat file.
