i waint to but a trigger when i will open the form ask me for the name and the password of me .. how can i do that /?
how can i do it in the sql language
example:
the user name is adam
and password is heheh
when he open the for have a windows ask for that

Asking for a user name and password is the default behaviour of an Oracle Form.

Just create a form and at the command line invoke it.
