I am creating a main menu (main screen) of my project can you please help me?

please send me ideas or attached file, which can help me to create a main screen or menu.

Search this forum for 'splash'. Look at the demos that come with Oracle Forms, and the demo for 'd2kwutil' or 'webutil' (depends on the version of Forms that you are using).
