Hi David,
Plz. help me regarding "HOW WE IMPLEMENT MENU SECURITY IN FORMS 10G"
I have already this document but not compeletly understandable.
We can create roles from backend but what Priveliges we assign to that role which is attached to Menu Role in Menu as well as in Forms. Plz. Clarify me ?

Hi David,
I have done already but no succeeded.
I think some thing is missing.
I search the oracle forum and found document in which Implementation of Menu Security is mention but it's Form 4.5 and 5.0.
Here is the document .....
I have problem on menu roles and security.
I have attach my secured menu to forms.
I have created all database roles that needed.
I have specify it in menu roles and menu-item role.
I have grant all privilege that needed to every single role.
I have grant that role to my users.
I have ALTER USER ... DEFAULT ROLE ... to my users.
I have attach that menu on my forms.
Oh yes, I have generate it to .mmx
But it still doesn't works.
The result is :
Unauthorize ... bla...bla..
Error creating menu.
If I try to put menu role (in Forms Module Property) to
test my menu, it says : Table not found.
I have try Forms 4.5, 5.0 and it doesn't work too.
This is first time I use that menu role security.
Can anyone help me..... ?

You must run the script on the (whit user DBA)
START->PROGRAMS->DEVELOPER ADMIN..->BUILT(TABLES)
That3s created the tables necesary to run developer security
before, create roles in the menu, and giving to items.
Check the property use security set true, on the master menu.

Now what u think about thise...
