i waint to create three user with diffrent name and password and acess can any one help me with the code

Basically, it is quite simple; if you have CREATE USER system privilege, issue such a statement:

> CREATE USER user_name IDENTIFIED BY its_password;

To create a user in a more sophisticated way, read this document.
