I have three diferrent modules and i was wondering if it was possible to move some of the Forms and data blocks that i have created to another module.

Is this possible or not?

Hi Sharaf,

Do it the other way round:

1) Save the existing form with 'save as' to the new form.
2) Throw everything away you don't need.
3) Ready.

it wouldnt work.

I cant save as because I have useful items in all three modules it is just that i created some forms and blocks in the wrong module so i was wondering if its possible.

Thanks for your response.

Cheers

I thought you could copy/paste between forms yes. Open two forms and try it...

If i try to do that, what will happen to all the LOVs, record group, and window properties that i have set?

Do you think they will follow by default or i have to copy them one by one too?

Thanks

Like I said: try it, but I think you'll need to copy those too.

[edit]and this is where object groups are a handy feature. Just create the block once as a smartclass and just inherit all you need.
