It looks like all of the source code that we have is NOT the current rev based on compile dates.

SAMPLE:
-rwxrwxrwx 1 oracle dba 167936 Jan 11 2006 X_COMMRT.fmb
-rwxrwxrwx 1 oracle dba 335872 Jan 11 2006

_____________

-rwxrwxrwx 1 oracle dba 157980 Jan 10 2006 X_COMMRT.fmx
-rwxrwxrwx 1 oracle dba 307232 May 25 10:11

How can I find the current revision of the fmx or fmb files?

It is not necessarily so - it could be that a developer opened a form using Forms Builder, viewed the code or whatever and - while exiting the Builder (or closing the form) - answered "Yes" to the question "Do you want to save changes you have made" (although there were NO changes at all).

This could produce such an effect - FMX date < FMB date.

Thanks for the immediate reply.

On May 30th, objects were added to a form and when the consultant compiled yesterday, we lost some objects on the form.

We tried restoring an older FMX files but it's not working (or rather the missing objects are not there). Hence the need to look for the most current FMB file. The current FMX file on the UNIX box was the newly compiled.
