I don't know whether Graphics has a parameter form similar to reports but you can always write your own form that has fields into which the user places their data and then call the graphics using 'run_product' and passing the user data in a parameter list.

Try searching this site for 'graphic'.

Is there a 'parameter' definition section in your graphics builder?

I googled "how to pass parameters to oracle graphics" and found this, this, and this.
